Guests understand that they are staying at Keurkloof Farm Villas entirely at their own risk. The owners and management accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, illness, or death that may occur during the stay.

Natural and Rural Environment

The property is located on a working game and livestock farm in a natural setting. Guests accept that there may be wildlife, insects, uneven terrain, and other rural conditions, and they assume full responsibility for their safety.

Personal Belongings

The owners are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.

Off-Grid Systems

Keurkloof Farm Villas operates off the grid. While every effort is made to ensure reliable services, interruptions to water, solar power, or gas may occasionally occur and are not grounds for compensation.

Guest Conduct and Responsibility

Guests must respect all farm rules and instructions. Any damage to the property or its contents caused by guests will be charged to them accordingly.

Farm Rules

• For safety reasons, guests must stay on designated paths and roads
• Feeding or approaching animals is strictly prohibited
• No pets are allowed

Indemnity Clause

Guests indemnify and hold harmless Keurkloof Farm Villas, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or damages arising from their stay, use of facilities, or failure to comply with these terms.
